For me, I’ve always had a knack for finding the unseen facets in the everyday. Remembering that which has been forgotten is a kind of magic that rivals discovering something unseen. It is a special topographical prestidigitation that allows us to unveil the prestige behind seemingly benign landscapes, or to unfold the origami of the landscape revealing secrets tucked away out of view. Behold, then, the alchemy that transforms one of the Colorado’s most passed-by, peed-on, and quickly-photographed-on-our-way-to-somewhere-else places into a wonderland of lost time and untold stories.
