Trefny Honors Program @ RRCC

The Trefny Honors Program at RRCC supports excellent students who are pursuing STEM careers. Since its inception in 2018, I was proud to support the program through mentorship, guest lectures and panel discussions with the Trefny Hot Topics Lecture Series. I presented on topics ranging from the War in Ukraine, to Water in Colorado, Wildfires, Flooding, and Climate Change, High Altitude Game Fences in the Rocky Mountains, and Mycological Diversity and Monsoon Forests in Colorado’s High County.
